Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

AUSTRALIA All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Standard delivery: 1–4 business days Western Australia: 3–10 business days Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL All international orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Delivery can take up to 14 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods (eg Mother's Day and Christmas), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size. We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $100AUD

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your shipping cost from Lucia Gray and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these fees, as they vary based on the destination country and order value. Payment of any duties and taxes is required upon delivery or collection of your package.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking info, and then contact us at hello@luciagray.com .

PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia. For international orders, we recommend using a physical address to ensure successful delivery.

RETURNED PARCELS / NON-DELIVERIES

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay duties/taxes, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
